Divine Appointments

Divine appointments

Have you found the intersection of Interrupt & Meet ME face to face? It’s where God shows off best in your life.

What in the world is Susan talking about??? Can I simply state, if you have been there, you know EXACTLY what I’m talking about.

When God directs your steps to be EXACTLY where He wants you to be at the EXACT moment in time when the EXACT person He wants you to meet, talk to, get introduced to…whatever is on HIS agenda for you at that EXACT moment in time.

Like Abraham and Sarah in Genesis 18:14 where it reads “Is anything too hard for the Lord? I will return to you at the appointed time next year, and Sarah will have a son.” Or David in 2 Samuel 7:8 where it reads “Now then, tell my servant David, ‘This is what the Lord Almighty says: I took you from the pasture, from tending the flock, and appointed you ruler over my people Israel.’

Or Psalm 75:2 when God speaks – You say, “I choose the appointed time; it is I who judge with equity.

We already know the rest of these stories. Sure feels like those moments could be described as Interrupt and meet Me face to face…

Now you get it? EXACTLY! The Divinely appointed moment in your life – aha, you have been there!

I remember the very first time I SAW Holt.  He was front and center at a concert standing up with a burgundy and cream colored rugby shirt.  I don’t recall whether it was The Eagles or The Doobie Brothers, yet he could tell you.  And he did not even meet me that night.

Yet it interrupted my memories. We have been married for over 35 years now.  And I will always remember the first time I laid eyes on that man.  Who knew then where we would be all these years later? GOD.

Divine appointment and Divinely appointed for each other?  You tell me…

I know this – I’ll keep that man. He’s been a bulwark through thick and thin.

Tell us in the comments who God had you meet and what He set in motion for you when He “interrupted” your day…or was it your life that got interrupted by God?

This is FUN to give God the glory!
